[Pansophy] Pansophy Service Request - ER5C-VTA-CPR-COOL SN Dropdown

Good morning Christiana,

I have investigated your service request regarding some existing travelers not including a SN in dropdown menu.

The dropdown menu pulls the SN for naming conventions from step 1 CAVSN field. Travelers that did not have a SN in the dropdown appear to only fill out CAVSNTop/CAVSNBottom fields from step 2.
If you would like to have the SN shown for these travelers, we would need to reopen the closed travelers to fill out the CAVSN field from step 1.

Please advise.
