[Pansophy] Ready for approvals

Hi Allen,

A new document, Quality Objectives R6,  has been added to the QMS Ready for Approvals folder.

I noticed the Communication Matrix R1 is still in this folder, it looks like it has been approved in the other Approvals folder.
I'll follow up with Tony on the Quality Manual routing.
