Alex,

If we don't need process flow then we can delete that entire section. As for the roles and responsibilities, it might still be good to have something. I took a peek at the ER5C-PR-CMA-VRFTM-RWRK procedure, and they had this under roles and responsibilities. Maybe yours can have something similar? Cleanroom Technician perhaps?

Otherwise this procedure looks good. Remove the process flow, maybe add something to roles and responsibilities, and put it in ready for approvals when you're done. I'll route it and the traveler at the same time so hopefully they get approved at the same time. Don't worry about the reference links in the traveler still going to the old procedure. I will fix them with this procedure before uploading to pansophy.

Hey Allen,
The process flow for this procedure is definitely not needed for this application. Pertaining to the Roles and Responsibilities, each person that enters the clean room to preform any work should already understand the sensitivity and attention to detail needed for that environment. I'm not sure this is necessary for this procedure either. I'm happy to enter some info in for this section but I think it goes without saying.  Let me know what you'd like to see. I also added in 5.2 Before HPR, that we need to ensure the ozone system is in place and ready for the HPR process by confirming with the Technical Support Group. I'm attaching the revised procedure.

I will keep an eye out for it then. Hopefully we can get this out by the afternoon.

If at any point the need for the traveler outweighs the need for the new procedure, let me know. It is good practice to have updated references whenever possible, but I recognize that this is a higher priority traveler and we might not  have that luxury.

There's just two points that I see that need to be addressed before the procedure is ready, although you and Matt might find more. The first is the Roles and Responsibilities area, which should be populated if we can manage it. The second is the Process Flow, which can be removed if it is not needed for this traveler. Any thoughts from either of you?

Hi Allen,

The chemistry procedures/travelers should no longer be in my name as I’m no longer in the chem group. I thought Matt released or was working on a revision to the ER5C WCD Register with the updates, but maybe that’s still in progress. The revision should replace me with someone from chem and a few other work centers had some personnel changes to like Anne McE and Chris D and Tiffany G that might need to be replaced too. Matt if you need help or want to sit down together, let me know.

Also, this procedure is specific to C75 (ER5C) cavities so it cannot be a MSPR. I think I may have written a HPR MSPR awhile ago, I’m not sure. This one has specific instructions and calls out cavity flanges to orient certain ways.

I took the liberty of porting it over to the latest template and the ER5C project.
