[Pansophy] Service Request

Hi,
The Service Request portal does nothing when I press submit request.  I know these numbers seem made up, but all I have to go on is whats in the comments of the travelers.

These SNs were used in the comment fields of travelers, but were not available in the drop down menu for FPFTSN to be selected.  My next action will be to have the travelers corrected, but I need the SNs available first.  I don't know if any are RAM or RCA, these most likely came off disassembled cryomodules.

FPFTSNs: 585, 105, 602, 99, 10902, 6295, 190, 5202, 619, 616, 618, 124, 008, 647, 66, 0, 227, 587
