Thanks Mike!

and thanks in advance to all of the Pansophy Team for dealing with the request I'm going to make this week. I went down a rabbit hole on documentation and found a bunch of travelers that are going to need to be corrected (just 21 so far). I'll submit requests for those later this week.

Appreciate you all!!
- Ashley

Hi Mike,

Are you able to provide the list of the 6 travelers that reference FPFTSN please? Or tell me how to look for that information.

- Ashley

Hi Ashley,

For FPFTs in ER5C, the only mechanism for entering the serial numbers right now is for a technician to submit a Service Request to have the Serial Number manually entered into the system. Although there are 9 different ER5C Disassembly travelers, none of them reference the FPFTSN Acronym. FPFTSN is referenced in 6 other travelers though.

Subject: [Pansophy] FPFT SNs

Hi,

I noticed quite a few FPFT SNs are not in the Pansophy drop down menus and I'm trying to figure out where we have a gap in the process of adding new SNs. What is the process is for adding new field probe (FPFT) SNs to the Pansophy system? Liang, I think you're the TR, are you doing incoming inspections too? Are they already serialized or are we serializing in house? What is the first traveler they appear in? Is there someone who is/should be responsible for adding them? We had a FPFT make it all the way to being installed in the accelerator without ever being entered into Pansophy, so I'm just looking at where this is best corrected to make sure all part SNs are available for selection in Pansophy. I am not looking to blame anyone, just want to improve our process of documentation.

Thank you for your help with this,
