Subject: L2 rebuild Serialization

Hi Phil,

I heard we're getting J-2 and J-11 back from LCLS-2 for rebuild in ~ a month.  We need to make sure all the SNs from these 2 CMs are unique and under the HE project.  My first thought was to add a R to all of the SNs from the two CMs.

What are your thoughts?
