All,

Our student has been working on the Chemistry service request based on the drop of paper sheet that you have. While he is finishing up, I just wanted to clarify a few things. For the top circled section for the traveler and procedure location, are you simply looking for the traveler ID and procedure ID? For the bottom circled section, when a user fills out the other fields, would they be in the same format as the values above? (EX. ACW Setpoint having a /, will water flow and desired max temp have the / in it on multiple occasions? Would the other numerical values in the other fields always be numerical or would they ever have any other characters? Sorry for all of the questions, we just want to make sure we have the data fields correct!
