[Pansophy] NCR docs ready for approvals

We used to use the PDF for routing when we used Adobe. However, we have been asked to go back to DocuShare for everything until a more permanent solution can be found. So I'll be treating these the same way as procedures. Thanks for trying to help though.

Allen,
I guess I was thinking you could use the PDF versions for the routing, they should be the same, whatever is easier for you, I can remove them if its confusing.

So I can safely ignore the PDF versions then? I'm asking because this is the first time someone's put PDFs in the ready for approvals folder on purpose.

I uploaded both the Word and PDF versions because I wanted to make sure the formatting stayed the way I wanted.
