[Pansophy] Looking for a completed version

John,

I'm out of the loop on this one. What is this for and what are we trying to do here?

Also I'm not sure what is going on with the document ID. None of those acronyms are in the system, and from what I can tell they're out of order as well. Lastly it's in the wrong template and doesn't have the header and footer. I am able to help you with this, but I need to know more of what's going on.
