I talked to Mike Dickey. Based on the drawing I'm attaching, he recommends using EVA as the component part of the acronym. If you have no objection, I suggest we make the acronym SRF-MSPR-CMA-EVA-INST-R1. The procedure looks good. I did do a bit of cleanup at the bottom with the approvals area, but otherwise we are good. When it comes to the form approval, you can delete everything except the actual page break and still keep the header and footer.

As for an ID, I think I can help you with most of it. This is a Master Procedure of work being done in the Cryomodule Assembly area if I'm not mistaken, and it's installing the JT Actuator. We don't have a component ID for that part yet so we'll have to work on that, but I think right now we're at SRF-MSPR-CMA-COMP-INST-R1. Once we figure out that Component area, if everything else looks good to you then you can put it in ready for approvals and we can route from there.
