Hi Allen,
There is no serial number as there is only one that will be used for this traveler.  If the system requires it then yes that's fine, there will only be BLACRMSN-001.

I'm having some problems with getting the traveler in. I'm still working on it, but I believe it's because there's no serial number in the traveler. I believe the correct one to use is BLACRMSN, but I wanted to be positive with you before I go adding SNs to your already approved traveler. If you have no objections, I'll put it in the first step.
