[Pansophy] Girder Assembly Traveler

Danny,

I routed your Girder Assembly traveler. It looked good, but I wanted to bring up a few things about it.

It was put in the incorrect ready for approvals folder. I took care of it from there, but would appreciate the correct one in the future. It saves me from having to hunt stuff down.

We've closed down the WMGRDR project area for new documents. WMGRDR is now a Component ID, not a Project ID. New WMGRDR travelers have been put in the SRFOPS project, so I renamed your traveler to SRFOPS-CLNRM-WMGRDR-ASSY-R1.

Some of the references are on the older side and we'll need to eventually update them. Same with the drawings in the DocuShare folder. We're not supposed to link to DocuShare for drawings anymore, just the Jlab Docs Repository. Since the drawings need to be redone by the ENGR department we left the DocuShare versions in for now, but future revisions will probably need to have their drawings links updated.
