[Pansophy] Prototype serial numbers

Hi Phil & Calvin,

There are several travelers being written for EICxxx inspections, etc., which are requiring acronyms and serial numbers to track components through various stages of testing and assembly.

For the serialization of these parts, I am proposing using letters to avoid potential conflict with production items when they start arriving, preferably with numeric serial values.

Thoughts?
