Done. Rather than delete the R3 version I instead put it in the obsolete folder as well for the sake of records. If you would prefer it be deleted completely, I will go back and remove it.

Allen,

I would request that we put the entire folder for SRF-02-RF-001 in the obsolete folder of SRF-02-RG-001 so the records trail remains of the change. When Valerie gets back, we can always adjust if she has other ideas, but I think this will do for now to keep a trail of our records.

I noticed the document in the SRF-02-RG-001 "approved" folder is R3, please route the one (R1) in the "ready for approvals" folder for signature so the correct revision and notes are in the signature block. The document SRF-02-RG-001-R3 should be deleted, it was incorrectly created and rev'd.

Thank you,
- Ashley

Apologies, I got RG and RF mixed up. So RG will be the new one then. What should we do with the older RF documents and area?

Ashley,

So I can route the version you just put in for approvals and remove the SRF-02-RG-001 documents and folder?

Morning Allen,

I spoke with Valerie and we've made SRF-02-RG-001 Communication Matrix Rev 1 and I put in the revision history a comment to link it back to the RF, R2. So the RF can be obsoleted and the RG will be the new version. Valerie will make this change in her Document Register too.

The RG R1 is now in the ready for approvals folder.

Let me know if you have any further questions, thanks!

Hi Allen,

I need to ask Valerie for the answer to that, I did change it from RF to RG after talking with her, but I thought we were just continuing the revision history of the RF docs. I also think I might have forgotten to include the change from RF to RG in the revision history block.

Hold off on doing anything with it until I can talk to Valerie about it later today, thanks!

Ashley,

I put this document into DocuShare, but I did have some questions about it. The document is an R3, but it's the first of the SRF-02-RG-001 documents. The RF did have an R2. Is this supposed to be a new version of the RF, or should it be the R1 of the RGs? I currently have it in a new RG folder, but I can change things around if need be.
