[Pansophy] [EXTERNAL] First Day

Hello Bao!

All future emails should go through your JLab account. Be sure you have access to Outlook.


You will be working in the Test Lab (Bldg 58) with the SRFOPS Software Group.
Often referred to as the Pansophy team.

The team works a 7-4 or 8-5 shift M-F with varying degrees of onsite and remote.
I have a doctor appointment this afternoon and therefore I am working remote today. Matt Menia is on site and can meet you for a tour and introduction if you are available this afternoon. I will CC him on this email.

Have you visited the Computer Center Helpdesk to get your username/password and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Fob?
The Helpdesk can also show you how to VPN/VDI  into JLab.


Once we meet, I will show you where to login for the software you will be using. You will need to setup Putty and Remote Desktop into the srfterm.jlab.org server.
We can go over that tomorrow, or when you are available.

Welcome and we will meet soon and go over all the particulars.
