Subject: EIC197-FAB travelers
Jacques,
We need to put a brief pause on the EIC917-FAB travelers that are out for approval. There's a couple of things that need to be cleared up.
First, EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY is going to be renamed to FPCWA for FPC WAVEGUIDE ASSY. That component ID is in the system so we don't have to add anything. You don't need to do anything for this, I'm just keeping you in the loop.
We do need to change some of the referenced documents however. The link in both travelers that goes to a sharepoint drive is not allowed. The files there need to be added to DocuShare. I don't have access so I'm not certain exactly what they are, but if they are process flow maps like I suspect, they should go in the EIC197 Process Flow Maps folder<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-58623>. Once they are in docushare, send any relevant links and I will add them to the traveler.
Lastly, an AUP procedure is listed in the references. It is in the old naming convention, and for another project. The procedure will either have to be turned into an EIC197 procedure, or made into a master procedure. I have CC-ed Naeem and Alex Wildeson to this email, I would recommend coordinating with them to get the procedure taken care of. We can process the procedure right next to the travelers, but the travelers will have to wait to go in until the procedure is approved.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Allen
