Hi Ashley,

We will have to put this on hold for a bit.

The sort is operating in an alphanumeric fashion because the link contains a rather lengthy string of information.  It may be difficult to sort by only what is displayed, the link number.  We'll let you know if/when we figure out a solution.

However, in the mean time, sorting on the trav_open field should get things back in order for you.

Hi Mike,

Service request incoming, but wanted to share screen shots to show what I'm talking about.  The numbers are sorting by first number, not the whole number.  So 66 is before 654.

Also, I jokingly mentioned this to Megan, it would be nice to have a way to put these with the service requests when I submit them.  Pictures are helpful when I have no idea what I'm talking about.
