[Pansophy] EIC197 Project Docs

Are we to secure the EIC197 project areas in DocuShare and Pansophy so nothing can be added or is there any final work being done? Michelle was working on correcting what was already in the system, should we continue that? That way when the project is back, we have it set up properly.
