[Pansophy] Cavity sent to vendor

Hi Ashley,

You are correct, the SRF Shipping form was not filled out.  Also, we were not notified that an inventory item was being shipped to the vendor, so it is still showing in inventory (never issued).

Also, I can't find a JLab Shipping form for the cavity listed, but my search parameters may not match what was used on the form.

Hi,

I want to double check the process was followed when cavity C75-RI-044 was sent out to the vendor for repair.  I think there is a form within SRFOPS that should have been filled out for it to leave, was that done?
This was sometime after 12-Jun-2024

I found NCR Traveler ID: ER5C-NCR Traveler Seq Number: 1042 on the issue.
