[Pansophy] CAPA-072 for Project Executin

I checked this against the SRF-11-FM-001 Project Execution Plan Template R2<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Version-151996/SRF-11-FM-001%20Project%20Execution%20Plan%20Template.pdf>, since that would've been the revision live at the time (2/24/23). The numbers and sections line up, but some of the sections have a slightly different section title. Compare the titles for sections 1 and 4 between these two. The other major difference is that the L2HE PEP does not have section 18 Revision History. Everything else lines up, so those discrepancies could be a matter of renaming and removing a section they thought wasn't needed (even though it was). That said, depending on how strict we're going here, renaming and omiting sections could be cause for the entire thing to be labeled "out of template".

Dear Project Coordinators,



In the recent internal audit of our Project Execution Process, a minor nonconformity was registered to Project Execution, described as follows:



  *   Project execution documentation did not always conform to requirements such as using the correct template, accuracy of revision dates, or currency of information.



The observation was that in 23 out of 33 instances of PEP template use for EIC591 and EIC197, either used obsolete versions, inaccurate record dates or conflicting Revision dates in the Document Register occurred.



This email is a request under CAPA-072 issued to Project Execution to ask you to make sure you check to see that you are using the most recent revision of the Project Execution Plan template when you create a PEP.    We are planning additional checks in SSSG to catch use of out-of-date docs as well.



Please confirm receipt of this request and confirm your intent to check for the latest Rev. of this document so I can file the responses in the verification plan for this CAPA.
