Hi Valerie, Peter, and Christiana,

Please take a look at the attached spreadsheet, I think this might meet everyone's needs/requirements for getting this uploaded and approved.

It is on the current excel template, named best I could.

I pulled in the acceptance criteria sheet into this one so the owner of the document (Peter) is responsible for checking the tech note is still valid if the spreadsheet is revised. (No revision required for the life of the project unless facilities/processes change)

I also added the uncontrolled stamp and a link to the tech note in docushare so users can make sure they have the right version.  Tech notes don't really seem to be rev controlled, but the link goes to the folder the tech note lives within, so should always point to the most recent revision.

The appendix was already part of the tech note, so that document isn't needed.

I didn't mess with the tab that does the macros at all.

Please review and let me know if this works to submit for approval.

I think this should capture everything that was in the "Ready for Approvals" folder related to this document.  I pulled it all together into the Can probably remove, but want to ask first. <https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-60308> folder.  If that's true, then we can delete that folder and everything in it.
