Matt,

Danny is on vacation until August 12th and Kirk needs to respond to NCRs related to his work center.  Would you be willing to make a minor revision to your ER5C WCD Register to add Kirk as NCR disposition for the CAV work center please? (Kirk, please correct if I have the wrong work center acronym).

You would need to make a revision 2 and document the minor change in the rev log and upload the new version to docushare:

With that, pansophy team could add Kirk as a dispositioner.

Side note -  I realize this is very cumbersome and plan to work on some revisions to make this easier on everyone involved, but this is how we said we would make revisions currently.

Hi all,

We have noticed that 2 people in the cavity group have been trying to fill out page 3 of the NCR before it has had an initial disposition. I have already spoken to Danny and he has already spoken to his team about proper NCR usage. I am sending this email to close the communication loop and make sure the appropriate parties are informed!
