Naeem,

I've routed the AUPPS PEP, but the AUPCAV one has two references that need modification.

  *
CERN specifications<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-281699/Engineering_specification_dressed_cavities.v2.60.docx> is a foreign doc and should be in the Document Control Group.
  *
The AUPCAV PEP Traceability Form<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-281701/AUPCAV%20PEP%20Traceability%20Form.docx> can be in DocuShare but should be approved and a PDF.

I can route the PEP alongside both of these, but they need to be ready to go out before I route. Please let me know if there's any way I can help with this. I assume I can route the traceability form, but I'd like confirmation that it is good to be routed.

Hi Valerie & Naeem,

Allen is routing the AUP PEPs and I guess this AUP SQAP was linked, but seemed approved with a "DRAFT" watermark. I uploaded a new version without the watermark, for a quick fix, but we need to decide what to do with this. It seems to be project level, but approvals indicate SRFOPS level with the QE and Naeem signing.  Should this live in DCG or in Docushare?

Word and PDF attached if we need to re-route it.

My version of the AUP SQAP signed PDF doesn't have the watermark. As I recall, Aug or Nov 2020 and I didn't have Adobe Pro. Naeem and I pasted our signatures into the Word File and then PDF'ed it.
