John,
That is one of the options. However if the approvals need to change, or if a document is not listed in the WCD Register, then the register needs to be changed. This can be done in a major revision like we've done in the past, or in a minor revision where we just need written approval from the people involved in the work center and with the traveler. Whichever is deemed best by the project, I will facilitate.
Allen

Allen,
I am learning here....can you not just change the names to match the register? I will do it if you tell me where to find the latest approved version.

John,
I had not realized that those were the documents you were referring to. In that case, the document is probably ready to go out as soon as the approvals/NCR/D3 discrepancies are addressed. According to my email list Michelle is the project coordinator for C100R, so it'd probably be her call.

Allen,
I assume you are talking about the Docs I have high-lited?
11141S0029- Was just put in the new template and approved
C100 Cold Tuner Procedure- same story
I assumed you would just link them since they were in the Approval queue recently. Is it something different?

John,
I gave the document a brief overlook, but it seems the highlighted references have not yet been addressed. I'm still seeing a specification going to DocuShare and a C100 link being used. As for the approvers, we can either change the traveler to match the WCD register, or change the register with a minor update that just requires the approvers related to the traveler to concur. I'd suggest a major revision to move the WCD Register to the latest template, but that shouldn't be mandatory at this time.

Hi Allen,
Any idea what the status of this document is? I think the high-lited procedures were dealt with, you can change the names to match the document register. I need to get it into the system.

John,
The traveler looks good. I recognize the highlighted cold tuner reference as the procedure you sent in a separate email, and I assume the leak check spec one is one of the documents being updated that we briefly discussed yesterday. However on checking the C100R WCD I noticed that the approvals, NCRs, and D3s differ from what's listed. Some names are like Tiffany Ganey's, but others are straight up name changes. Should the traveler be changed to reflect the WCD, or is the WCD in need of a revision?

Hi John,
The links need to come from Document Control, if you need help with that I'm happy to do it. I know it's a headache and you have a lot going on.
Thanks for getting started on the MTE integration.
Michelle

Here is the first of 5 C100R Travelers that I am rewriting. It includes the MTE and Serial Number changes. I updated the dwg links and high-lited the things that still need to be dealt with. Comments?
