Where is the original document published? With your reference to recipes, it sounds like a procedure, but I'm not sure it is one, unless you're referring to ER5C-PR-PROC-CPR<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-299480/ER5C-PR-PROC-CPR-R1.pdf>. If that is the case, we could create a new revision with the new recipes. If not, please provide additional information on the document so we can figure out where best to put it.

Hi Allen,
In a perfect world I would like the following records in Pansophy.


  1.
I need a generic copy on record.
  2.
I need a dated copy with the recipes that are currently being used for cavity treatment.
  3.
Every time the recipe changes, I create a new dated copy.

I have the generic copy already published. Now I need to add a copy with the recipes. How can I do that?
