I've made the changes to VTRF-DRSDC and uploaded to Docushare. Fortunately airport wifi is stable enough for VPN. Let me know if there are any other edits needed.

The procedure AUPCAV-PR-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R2 is waiting for Justin's signature. Since he's on paternity leave, can someone else (his supervisor) sign for him?

Peter,

I would personally recommend using a checkbox if that's what you are going for. One idea to help with that; if you put in a <<NOTE>> next to the checkbox, we can make it so that the checkbox is mandatory to click before continuing.

As for making the change myself, unfortunately we're not able to make changes to travelers and procedures for others at this time, only suggestions and sendbacks if there's something that would prevent the document from going into pansophy. If the traveler needs to keep moving, someone can make the changes for you and upload a new version over the one in ready for approvals.

Good morning Allen,

Can the [[CavType]] dropdown in the -DRSDC traveler have {{- select -,Dressed}} options? I want to ensure the user knows they are using the traveler for Dressed cavities only.
Since the equation issue is resolved (thanks Matt), can you make the small change to [[CavType]]? I am traveling today and can't get to Docushare easily.

The equation shown in step 2 of  AUPCAV-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R2 is fine and will show up in Pansophy.

Allen please make a note these will need to be converted to entity codes and I will handle it when the traveler is i processed.

Peter,

I finished reviewing the traveler and need to send it back to you. The [[CavType]] field in step 1 only has one option to select, which can cause problems. It needs to be changed into something that doesn't need multiple selections like a checkbox, given another option to select, or removed from the traveler entirely.
Additionally, the equation in step 2 will not show up in Pansophy and will need to be either remade without the special characters or turned into a screenshot. This will also need to be done to AUPCAV-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R2.
Please make your revisions and upload a new version over the ones currently in DocuShare.
