Hi Tony,
I would like Danny, Kirk, and you to review system and that it meets the scope agreed upon. Valerie has asked me to get approvals our scope has been fulfilled so I can close out some projects on our team task list.
The project was started by an intern in collaboration with Alex Wildeson. Looking through the documentation when I picked up this project the scope of work they agreed upon was the creation of a drop off work request system which stores all records of work requested. Since forms are not uploaded to Docushare or kept, the details for each request were lost. This system was created to provide a solution for keeping these details.
Kind Regards,
Matthew Menia

Hi Matt,
Thank you for the detailed response, much appreciated. Under the Chemistry Request, your last bullet you ask for acknowledgement that your scope of work has been completed. Whom are you looking to provide this acknowledgement?
Thanks,
Ton

Subject: Re: Service Request
Good morning Tony,
The service request systems are in different stages of development. Below I have given a brief rundown of all ongoing work for each. I am available to provide demonstrations and more in-depth explanations for each system if needed.
Chemistry Request:
*
This system has been completed and fully released on the production server.
*
We held a training for admin users and released the code in production on Tuesday May 6th , 2025. (Attendees/Meeting Invite are attached below)
*
Danny Forehand is working with Myung Bang to setup a printer and computer for users to complete the form at the drop off location. (Email attached below)
*
We would like to formally request acknowledgement of completion for our scope of work.
EBW Request:
*
This system has a planned phased release. The first version of this software is in its beta release in production and handles welding request/parameters.
*
EBW team provided a list of users to use the system during this period. We have received feedback and work to integrated/plan for changes. (Email attached below)
*
There is a bug for automatic traveler instantiation and data upload into travelers. This does not affect the users ability to submit requests or make admin changes.
Cavity RF Test Request (VTA):
*
This system is currently in production. It was released following an admin user training on Thursday July 10th, 2025.
*
Following this the VTA team began using the system and had some feedback.
*
When using the request form and its auto populate function from an approved test plan fields are locked. This raised concerns and a meeting was held to discuss possible solutions.
*
We agreed on a solution and I have been working to implement the needed changes. (Emails attached below)
*
Currently this system does fulfill CAPA 067.
I also actively monitor production error emails to check for any bugs in the code. Support in training users in each system is available if requested.
Kind Regards,
Matthew Menia
