I was wondering if there was any update on this. Because I've not gotten confirmation this is in the correct template or a new one been submitted to ready for approvals, this has not gone out for approvals.

What template did you use for this? The old approval table seems to suggest it was not made using the latest SRF-07-FM-002 QMS Process Procedure Template<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57075>. If this is the case, please update to the correct template. If it is not the case and this was made using the latest template, I would ask you update the approvals section and add "(Utilizing SRF-07-FM-002 QMS Process Procedure Template, R3)" to the latest revision note.
