[Pansophy] CAFS added to approvals folder

Hi John,

All docs must be ready for routing (already reviewed) before they are uploaded to the Ready For Approval folders.  That being said, I reviewed the documents, and they are ready for routing.

Allen - they are in this folder 00.0 QMS Records Ready For Approval<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57815>.  I put in a SR with a couple other docs Naeem and I were updating too.
