I have routed the Cleanroom Assembly procedure but I am unsure of how to proceed with the IPON procedure. Has anyone had the opportunity to review?

I have moved the procedures attached to the SRFOPS-CLNRM-WMGRDR-ASSY traveler, Girder Clean Assembly and Leak Check Procedure and Reduced Particle Generation Ion Pump Turn On Procedure, to our current procedure template. I have made the Ion Pump one a master procedure. Please take the time to read, review, edit, and assign the appropriate reviewers and document owners, as you see fit, amongst yourselves before uploading to the ready for approvals folder. Please reach out if you have any questions!
