Paul,
You have access to Pansophy and DocuShare (2/3/25).
I did not yet grant access to the M:drive because I need more information.
The M:drive is very large and lots of groups utilize the data area.
There is not a SRF FABRICATION directory (or one that I could find) listed under "asddata", which is the area we control.
Please specify which directories you need access to (or John Buttles can request).
Then I can contact the appropriate people to get permissions set and you access.
Thanks for the help!

Hi Matt;
Thanks for the message.
I’ve had a chance to play with Pansophy a bit, my initial interests was in accessing the weld run data that Adam O’Brian has been generating, but I would also be nterested in access CMM reports generated for part dimensional inspection.
I wll be working on 197 DVC EIC cavity and I’m sure some other related work to cavity fabrication and testing.
Do you have a timeframe of when the training might occur?

Hi Paul,
Welcome to the lab! We do not currently have a set date for the next Pansophy training, but plan to have one soon.
Please find attached resources for our system along with Docushare. We are open to any questions you have please do not hesitate to reach out.
We can begin to add permissions to your account. Which projects will you be working on? Your login info for Pansophy will be the same used throughout the lab.
Kind Regards,
Matthew Menia

Hello;
My name is Paul Carriere and I am a new hire in the SRF ops group, I started last Thursday.
I would like to learn more about the Pansophy system and general traveler process at JLab. My schedule is fairly open not the future, please advise on next steps to familiarize myself with the system as well as become an authorized user.
Thank you;
Dr Paul Carriere
