Ashley / John / Tony,

YES!! A meeting would be very helpful!

This is a problem we have been facing ever since the project WCD Registers started (under QMS).
The Project Coordinators are supposed to keep the WCD Regs up-to-date, however this is not happening.

Do you want the SSSGroup to validate ALL Procedures and Traveler against the WCD Reg?
And if they don't match then stop processing?

My team was challenged today for requesting QMS documents be updated for the EIC197 project, or we couldn't process the travelers.

Please setup a meeting ASAP.
Thank You

Subject: [Pansophy] WCD Registers

Hi P-Team,

It came up during the Project Execution audit yesterday that the project WCD Registers don't match the live/approved documents or travelers (the list of documents nor the names of people) and page 0 of travelers doesn't match either. Page 0 of NCR Travelers doesn't match the dispositioners and informative and D3 persons on the other pages of the NCR Traveler. So the question was asked if these don't match each other, why are we doing them. After some discussion, we said it was more of a planning tool for new projects to determine what would be needed and when. I believe pansophy also keeps their own WCD Registers with rev and review dates which aren't in the project's WCD registers.

Pansophy - what do you get out of the WCD Registers that is needed to maintain the procedures and travelers?

Would a meeting help to discuss this?

Example from audit:

EIC197 approved and live travelers from Pansophy:
[cid:995128ff-93fb-4015-8535-ab1966081bba]
EIC WCD Register:
 [cid:dc6983a1-6caa-4361-8949-a44785b61aef]
