Thank you for looking into this. Your plan sounds good to me. The first traveler did not have much information put in yet. I will let Tom know that the traveler is being worked on, and maybe he can finish his data input later on.

Liang,
I've been reviewing your service request. I'm not totally sure why step 3 didn't make it into pansophy, but we can fix this. Since the only data entered is a serial number and Tom's name (see attached picture), the easiest solution would be to remove from pansophy and put it back in; this time with the missing step. Any objection to this plan?
