Hi Liang,

Please arrange for the FPFTs to be delivered to Inventory for processing and serialization. I agree that the serial numbers are a bit askew. I will look into it, but will probably begin to serialize these in the 600s where they leave off and continue from there.

Also, please provide a copy of drawing JL0170822 (listed on the PR).

Note: In Pansophy, the C75 project has been replaced with the ER5C project. The C75 project is no longer processing travelers. So these serial numbers will be added to the ER5C serial number drop down fields.

Subject: New ER5C field probe feedthroughs: SN and insp traveler

Hi Mike,

We bought 50 new field probe feedthroughs for C75 (ER5C) (PO 24-P1667). They don't arrive serialized. We would like to have the SN numbers inscribed on them once we decided how to serialize them. And then have the SN available for selection in Pansophy system.

I found the existing SN (FPFTSN) covers quite a wide range, from 20s to 600s to 7500s, and the numbers are not continuous within this range. What numbers do you suggest we use for these 50 feedthroughs?

Valerie,

Just a heads-up, we are planning on writing an inspection traveler for these feedthroughs. It will include at least CMM and visual, possibly cold shock and leak check.

Thanks,
Liang
