Also it has an unlinked procedure. I can route the two side by side, but I'll need the procedure to put out as well before I put the traveler out. That way we don't have something approved and waiting for a reference.

Naeem,

It looks like the pansophy tab on the ribbon is missing. I would recommend using "M:\asd\asddocs\TravelerTemplates\TravelerTemplate2023.dotm" to remake it. Thankfully it looks like a simple copy and paste job (copy the approval rows separate from the rest of the table, it doesn't copy right if you do it all at once). Only other issues I see is that the SN fieldnames should not be descriptive (opposite from what we normally say, I know, but that's the case), and that you don't need the page break at the end. With the former, it should look something like this. [[VHOMSN]] <<VHOMSN>>. If there's multiple, this is one of the few exception to when sequential fieldnames can be used.
