Rongli, both VTA and CMTF or CEBAF using sqrt(R/Q)/L numbers. CEBAF also used r/Q=R/Q/L definition.
For the Eacc/sqrt(U) (MV/m/sqrt(J)). You only need G14=Sqrt(R/Q)/L=46.58 sqrt(Ohm)/m.
So Eacc/sqrt(U)=sqrt(R/Q*omega)/Lacc=46.58*sqrt(2*pi*1497*10^6)*10^-6=4.518MV/m/sqrt(J).

I'm looking for a cavity parameter: Eacc/sqrt(U) (MV/m/sqrt(J)). It is not in your table. Is it possible to extract it from the model and data base for C75 cavity?

Rongli,
     I have tried to look at this table in JLab's Pansophy system without a success. Here attached is my Excel spreadsheet I had updated with Megan in last December.
   Certainly, current CERN's QPR and ODU's TE0XX cavities tuning in the RF Structure Lab are not in my radar or in this table.
