I got your service request and was wondering if you could provide some more context. Are you trying to upload a document to DocuShare? If so, what is the document and what are you intending to do with it (e.g. are you trying to put it out for approvals, is it for storage, what's the goal)? Is this related to the questions you had about the Cavity Step document in the break room over lunch?
