Hi Adam we are glad that the service request is meeting your needs so far.

To recap from our conversation this morning I have granted the following users permissions for EBW service request for testing.

David Savransky (DSVAR)
  2.
Naeem Huque (HUQUE)
  3.
Anne-Marie (VALENTE)

If they experience any issues with accessing the page or find any issues while testing please have them reach out to me.

I have also taken note of using this system to track work requests moving forward rather than backfill existing work and adding a functionality to request multiple welds for a part in the same request in future updates.

I will follow up within the next two weeks to discuss any issues that may have presented themselves during the testing and to determine steps for releasing the system to SRF.
