John,
I don't know where to look to find them if they are in Docushare, they might be in one of the old traveler included files, but as the specs and not MSPRs. Can I convert them both to Master Procedures and then they'll be correct and available? (Thanks Matt for sending the word versions as I type this). The ones in DCG would be for vendors only then.

Oh and the ones I sent were the first ones I came across. So I didn't look for the latest revisions.....

John,
DCG has a Rev C of 11141S0033 that was just released in April that I assumed was for vendors. It's not clear to me which one is which of the two you sent, the scope and test reports look identical. I assume 11141S0029 is the one you're using internally? I'm fine with the vendor one being for vendors and in DCG, but if your group is using it here, I'd prefer to turn it into a MSPR to comply with our QMS. All of our procedures for SRFOPS internal use should be controlled in Docushare, not Document Repository. This doesn't have to be a stop everything and make the change, I know you have a lot on your plate converting L2HE documents, but it would be nice to get it converted and in Docushare in the near future.

Ashley,
There are a couple of versions from what I remember. One that was meant for vendor packages (SOW) and one that is internal re-written by Daly and Co. See attached.

Subject: Vendor Leak Check
Good Morning,
I noticed we're referencing/using the Vendor Standard Helium Leak Check Procedure (11141-S-0033) internally (it was referenced in AUPPS WCD Register). This should be a Master Procedure if we're using it vs sending it to a vendor to follow. Matt or John, if you send me the word version, I can help convert it to a MSPR, it looks like the header and a bit of the wording would need to be changed for it to be used.
Thank you,
Ashley Mitchell (She/Her/Hers)
