[Pansophy] ER5C HPR Traveler revision question

Hi P-Team,

I was looking at the ER5C HPR Traveler and I see online, R3 is live, but R4 is i the approved travelers folder.  It looks like R4 has the same date as the live R3, 4-Nov-2024.  Why isn't R4 the current traveler in use?
