In that case, since it has not been approved, this will be an R1. It should also be named PLACLN-VSA-CAV-PROC-R1 to fit the naming convention.  I will get back to you about what template it should be in.

Do you mean PLACLN-RF-VSA-CAV-MOVE-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-257625/PLACLN-RF-VSA-CAV-MOVE-R1.xlsx>? I'm not seeing the exact one you mentioned. You would make the update and add a revision note then put it out for approvals, but I'm not seeing a revision area, or what the template the document I linked is in. Do you or anyone else at PLACLN have an idea? That second part is of course superfluous if I got the wrong document of course.
