[Pansophy] ER5C---C20 and C50 travelers locked

When the C20, C50R and C75 projects were combined into ER5C, the intent was to utilize only the "latest" version of each style of traveler. The original data was maintained with the extra designation at the end of each traveler as required.

We will work with you  to either reopen, revise, or obsolete travelers to ensure we are capturing the correct data.
