In that case I'd take the SRF-07-FM-005 SRF OPS Procedure Template, R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-296839/SRF-07-FM-005%20SRF%20OPS%20Procedure%20Template%20R1.docx> and follow the steps inside. Port the procedure into this template and put it into the ready for approvals folder. Will this be a PLACLN specific procedure, or a master procedure for multiple projects?
