All,
There are tasks to be completed for your travelers already submitted to L2RB "ready for approval." Please make updates and resubmit as soon as possible. See notes below.
Reminding authors of the following:
1.
All drawings must be in the DCG Repo (document repository)
2.
All safety documents must be in the epas , es&h or other external to SRFOPS area
3.
All L2HE/L2PRD or any other project documents must be

upgraded to latest template,
*
proper naming convention (L2RB or SRF-MSRF),
*
and sent for approvals
*
with names matching the project's WCD Register.
4.
Travelers will be released once all referenced documents are finalized.

Many L2RB documents are waiting on authors to correct and reupload.
Allen has already reviewed and I have listed things we are waiting on below.
If you can help "hurry" this along, we appreciate the help and we will be glad to begin processing.

Valerie,
I still don't see a single L2RB traveler active in Pansophy. There are two documents in the approvals folder and seven in the ready for approvals, several have been there almost a month. Let me know if there is something else I can do to speed up this process, we have a lot of these travelers to update and we don't seem to be making any progress.
