My two cents:

To simplify this form a little bit..... get rid of the ACW setpoint. The sump setpoint dictates the ACW set point. Chem techs have zero control over the ACW setpoint at the machine. If that helps them remind them to call us to change it then keep it. But USER/Requesters of work don't need to know about that detail, nor do they dictate the ACW system in the basement.
