Hi Valerie,
I am not sure what in particular you are talking about. All Cryomodule related parts are assumed to be RAM, and are stored and reworked by the CMA Group. They are all re-installed when the CM is refurbished. I do have Inventory Tracking Forms that we use for tracking the parts and where they are stored. They do not return to Inventory. I would guess that the parts below are cavity parts since they go through other work centers.

Subject: Fw: Pansophy Request Confirmation - NEED SN HELP FROM CMA DISA
Fischer,
We are being asked to enter some serial numbers for components that were apparently removed from a C20 cryomodule.
I can't find where these numbers were entered into a DISA traveler for ER5C.
Would you please point me to the correct traveler?
We were using the DISA travelers to push all serial numbers into the system, especially for C20 cryomodules, to ensure all other Work Centers would have the components available when they received them. Additionally, it should annotate RAM/RCA conditions for each component.
I need to verify that the traveler software is pushing these numbers correctly. They should never be entered into the system by the software team.
Thank you for your help in resolving this issue with the software and component traceability.
