I was wondering why several PDFs were in the ready for approvals folder. I'll work on routing them.

One question, I noticed that the documents have some highlighting in the PDFs. Do you want that to be there in the final version? If not, the PDFs will need to be redone.

Hi Allen,

I'll be putting 3 audit reports in the Ready for approvals folder (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57815).  I am working with IT, but I don't have access to adobe e-sign right now.  These will need to be routed through Adobe as Debbie is external. You should still have her email saved, it is newman114 at yahoo.com

Please note these reports have 2 signature blocks, one at the end of the audit report (page 2 or 3 usually) and the other on the last page at the end of the checklist.  You should be able to have all signed in one request.  I would prefer if you could format the date of signing so it has an alpha and not numerical month please (i.e. DD-MMM-YYYY or 07-Mar-2025)
