[Pansophy] L2HE-LERF-CM-ACTS 2 travelers for 1 SLAC sheet

Adam G,
The SLAC spreadsheet report under PROJECTS will pull the last traveler, in the case for J26 it pulled #8.
However, data from the previous testing, in the case for J26 is #6.
The data from 6 should have been copied into 8 to get a complete picture for the testing of this cryomodule.
A service request asking that the data be copied from #6 to #8 is what would have let us know what you were needing.
A request to fill in data on the SLAC spreadsheet in no way explained the complication of the data accumulation over 2 testing data sets.
The EMAIL I received TUE 3/4/25 at 5:40pm
========
Pansophy,
Request help in filling in the SLAC spreadsheet for J26.
J1.3-26<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-53882>
Thanks,
Adam Grabowski
=====
Did not explain this well.
Megan is currently copying the data from #6 into #8, so that in the future the complete picture of the cryomodule test will be found in the SLAC report under the PROJECTS menu of Pansophy.
If this double test occurs again, Please send a request to have data copied over so that the SLAC report will automatically grab the correct data.
Thank you for your help and understanding.

Hi Megan,
It was just on J-26 because it received 2 tests, so the report was pulling from the latest test, but that only included data on 2 cavities, so I couldn't just easily pull the report. If this happens more frequently, maybe it would help to have a report pulled for each ACTS traveler, but probably not necessary as this was a one-off (maybe 2-off) event.
Adam manually pulled the data for the report, so this can be closed, we don't need it anymore.
- Ashley

Ashley and Adam,
If sequence number 8 isn't the correct information, should it be removed? Forcing it to show seq 6 vs 8 would require adjusting the code and would mess up past and future reports
Megan

Hello MEGAN
A request has been assigned to you.
Request Type:
General Request
Request ID:
813
Priority Level:
2
Request Notes:
Pansophy - projects - L2HE - SLAC Spreadsheet for J-26 is pulling from the most recent ACTS traveler, but more data is in the older test. Can you have J-26 pull from seq 6 instead of Seq 8?
Pansophy Notes:
If seq num 8 isn't the correct data to be shown, should it be removed?
Have a great day.
Pansophy Team
