[Pansophy] EIC197 PEP question

Allen,

I took a look at the PEP and see the N/A.  I suspect there had not been an opportunity to finalize and designate the shipping plan at the time of creation and that still may be the case.

Do you need this to be completed at this time - I don't know that it poses an obstacle or risk and also, I suspect at or near the time of execution, the DVC will simply be turned over to shipping for transport.

Let me know what you think is best to do.

John,

I was wondering if you could help answer a question for me. I was reviewing the EIC197 PEP that Naeem put out and noticed that the section 15 shipping plan simply says N/A. That seemed odd so I wanted to confer with you and see if EIC197 needed shipping or not. Could you clarify? I've attached the PEP here for your convenience.
