I reviewed your other ER5C documents in ready for approvals, and they appear to be much the same in that they're lacking an approval section. So my question extends to them as well.

I was reviewing this document you put in ready for approvals, and did not see a location where the approvals are listed. Is this a document that is revision controlled and in need of approvals, or is it good as is? If it is the latter, it's not in the right location and will need to be moved.
